How to create your first Wix account on Wix

Navigate to the Wix homepage

Choose your sign-up method

Answer the setup questions

Access your Wix dashboard

Troubleshooting
Email verification not received
Check your spam/junk folder, wait up to 10 minutes for delivery, or click Resend Email on the verification page. Ensure your email address was entered correctly.
Password not accepted during sign-up
Ensure your password meets Wix requirements: at least 8 characters long, contains both letters and numbers. Avoid using only common words or personal information.
Google or Facebook sign-up not working
Clear your browser cache and cookies, disable browser extensions temporarily, or try using the Email sign-up option instead. Ensure you're logged into your Google/Facebook account.
Page not loading or stuck on loading screen
Refresh the page, try a different browser, disable ad blockers temporarily, or check your internet connection. You can also try accessing Wix from an incognito/private browsing window.
