How to invite members to boards on Trello

Open your Trello board

Troubleshooting

Share button is not visible or clickable
Ensure you have admin or owner permissions for the board. Only board admins can invite new members to private boards.
Invited member didn't receive the email
Check that the email address is correct and ask them to check their spam folder. You can resend the invitation from the board's member settings.
Member can't access the board after accepting invitation
Verify their permission level is set correctly and that the board visibility settings allow their access level. Try removing and re-adding them with proper permissions.
Unable to invite members to team boards
Check your team's member limit and billing status. Free teams have restrictions on the number of members. Contact your team admin if you need more member slots.
