How to set up white label reports on Semrush

Access the My Reports section

In the Brand Center, click Edit Brand Settings. Upload your company logo by clicking Upload Logo and selecting a file (recommended size: 200x60 pixels). Enter your Company Name and Website URL in the respective fields.

Customize report colors
Under Color Scheme, select your brand colors by clicking the color picker next to Primary Color and Secondary Color. You can also enter specific hex codes using the
#FFFFFF format for exact brand matching.4
Set up report footer
Scroll down to the Footer Settings section. Add your company contact information, including Address, Phone Number, and Email. Toggle on Show Footer to include this information in your reports.

Configure report header options
In the Header Settings, choose whether to display your logo, company name, or both. Select Logo Only, Company Name Only, or Logo + Company Name from the dropdown menu.

Save and preview settings
Click Save Changes to apply your white label settings. Use the Preview button to see how your branded reports will look before generating them.

Generate white label reports
Navigate to any Semrush tool and create a report. When scheduling or generating reports, ensure the White Label option is enabled in the report settings. Your custom branding will automatically be applied to all future reports.

Troubleshooting
White label options not visible
Verify you have a Business or Enterprise plan and admin privileges. White labeling is not available on lower-tier plans.

Brand colors not displaying correctly
