Troubleshooting
Not receiving email notifications
Check your spam/junk folder and add

Go to your device settings > Apps > Meet Sponsors > Notifications and ensure all notification permissions are enabled. Also check that Do Not Disturb mode isn't blocking app notifications.
Receiving too many notifications
Switch from Instant to Daily Digest mode, or disable less critical notifications like Profile Views while keeping important ones like Partnership Invitations enabled.
Test notification not received
Wait up to 10 minutes for delivery, then check all your communication channels. If still not received, try logging out and back in, then resend the test notification.
