Troubleshooting
Scheduled newsletter not sending at specified time
Check your account's Time Zone Settings in Account Details. Verify the newsletter status is Scheduled and not Draft. Ensure your account has sufficient email credits remaining.
Cannot edit scheduled newsletter
Scheduled emails can only be edited up to 15 minutes before send time. If within the restriction window, Cancel the current schedule, make your changes, and reschedule for a new time.
Low delivery rates for bulk newsletters
Check your Sender Reputation in the account dashboard. Clean your email list by removing Inactive Subscribers. Verify your Authentication Settings (SPF, DKIM) are properly configured.
Subscribers not receiving scheduled newsletters
Verify subscribers are Active and not Unsubscribed. Check if emails are going to spam folders. Review your List Hygiene and remove bounced email addresses regularly.
