Schedule Your Broadcast

Click the Schedule Broadcast button to confirm and schedule your newsletter. ConvertKit will show a confirmation message with your scheduled send details. The broadcast will appear in your Scheduled tab within the Broadcasts section.
Tip
You can edit or cancel scheduled broadcasts up until they're sent by accessing them from the Scheduled tab.

Monitor and Manage Scheduled Broadcasts

Return to Sends > Broadcasts and click the Scheduled tab to view all pending newsletters. From here, you can Edit, Duplicate, or Cancel scheduled broadcasts. Once sent, broadcasts move to the Sent tab where you can view performance analytics.

Set up email notifications in your account settings to get alerts when broadcasts are successfully sent.

Troubleshooting

Scheduled broadcast didn't send at the specified time
Check your Scheduled tab to see if the broadcast is still pending. Verify the time zone settings and ensure your account has sufficient credits. Contact ConvertKit support if the issue persists.
Cannot find the schedule option
Ensure you've completed all required fields including subject line and audience selection. The Schedule for later option appears in the Send Options section at the bottom of the broadcast editor.
Scheduled time shows differently than expected
Verify you've selected the correct time zone in the scheduling options. ConvertKit displays times in both your selected zone and UTC for reference. Double-check AM/PM settings if using 12-hour format.
Cannot edit scheduled broadcast
