How to set up automated audit reports on Ahrefs

Navigate to Reports section
Within your Site Audit project, click on Reports in the left sidebar. Then select Scheduled reports to access the automated reporting configuration panel.

Create new automated report
Click + New scheduled report button. Choose Site Audit Report from the report type options. Enter a descriptive name for your report in the Report name field, such as "Weekly SEO Audit - [Website Name]".

Configure report content and format
Select the report sections you want to include by checking boxes for Overview, Health score, Issues breakdown, and Top issues. Choose your preferred format from PDF or Email summary. Set the report language if different from your account default.

Set schedule and recipients
Configure the delivery schedule by selecting Frequency (weekly, monthly, or after each crawl). Choose the Day of week and Time for delivery. Add recipient email addresses in the Recipients field, separating multiple emails with commas.

Review and activate report
Review all settings in the preview panel. Ensure the Active toggle is switched on. Click Save scheduled report to activate automation. You'll see a confirmation message and the report will appear in your Scheduled reports list with status Active.

Manage existing reports
Return to Reports > Scheduled reports to view all automated reports. Use the actions menu (three dots) to Edit, Pause, Send now, or Delete reports. Monitor the Last sent column to confirm reports are being delivered successfully.

Reports not being delivered to email
